Public by default
Anyone can see every issue, where it is, and what has been done about it.
Report a broken road, a dry tap or a fallen cable with a WhatsApp voice note, in English or Yorùbá. Every complaint gets a reference number, and this page shows what happened to it.
What is a community note?
A community note is a short, public record of a problem, written by the people who live with it. Each one carries a photo, a place and a date, and it stays open until the people responsible fix it. No more “we didn’t know.”

We never show who reported. Phone numbers and photo locations are stripped.
Every LGA gets a public Trust Score from how fast it acts and fixes.

How it works
A crater on your road. A tap that’s been dry for weeks. A cable hanging low. If it’s broken, it’s worth a note.
Send a WhatsApp voice note in English or Yorùbá, plus a photo and your location or digital postcode. Our AI does the paperwork.
You get a reference number. Officers update it in public, and when they say it’s fixed, you confirm it.
Complaints are never closed automatically. Officers can mark an issue fixed, but it only counts when the person who reported it agrees. If it isn’t fixed, one tap reopens it.
